Student Success Planning (SSP)
 Student Success Planning at KCS

The Student Success Plan, or SSP, is an individualized student-centered plan that engages every student based on their unique interests and strengths helping them to understand the relevancy of education to achieve postsecondary educational and career goals. At KCS, the SSP will begin in Grade 6 and continue through Grade 8. It will provide the student with early support and assistance in setting goals for academic, career, social, emotional, and physical development that meet rigorous high school and postsecondary expectations. The SSP and supporting activities, such as student portfolios ,will be electronic and portable following the student from school to school and district to district.
