Fitness Testing


In the Fall, students in grades 4, 6, and 8 are require to participate in the Connecticut State Fitness Testing.  Aerobic endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility are measured during the testing.  The four tests are the mile run, push-ups, curl-ups and sit-and-reach.  The testing period is from the end of September to the beginning of November.
